I pride myself on customer service. Because I know every order is special to you. Even more so when it’s for a special event or occasion. Here’s what I made JUST this evening. THREE Family Trees and FOUR Bird Nest pendants. Why? Because I want to get them in the mail for tomorrow to give them the best possible chance for delivery in time for Mother’s Day.

I have a standard posted turnaround time of 3-5 days because I’m just a one-woman owner, making, packing and shipping all the items in my shop. But, I am far exceeding the promised ship time in the name of trying to do right by my customers.

I hope there are seven very happy women out there come Sunday who will never know how hard I worked to get them out in time, but who WILL have a piece of custom jewelry to cherish and help brighten their Mother’s Day. It’s not always possible to meet deadlines on such short notice, but I’ll always do my damnedest to try.
